SHIPPING POLICY
For domestic orders, we ship via USPS Priority Mail (2-3 Business Days) or USPS Priority Mail Express (1-3 Business Days). For international orders, we use USPS Priority Mail International (6-10 Business Days) or USPS Priority Mail Express International (3-5 Business Days). If you’d like to use a different service, please send us a message before ordering to arrange it. Due to Covid-19, shipping times may vary. Our processing time to ship orders out is 2-3 days. You will be provided a tracking number to follow its progress. We offer free shipping on domestic orders $50+, orders from North America/U.S. territories $100+, and international orders $250+.
RETURNS
We do not accept domestic or international returns. However, if your item arrives damaged or does not arrive, please get in touch with us so that we can ameliorate the situation or provide a refund. If your item is damaged, please include pictures of the damage if possible.
